  • Tent Rentals
    • Enjoy your own private area during public session skating by booking our rink-side heated tent for your next function. From small group get-togethers and holiday celebrations to seminars and team building, this space is perfect for personal or corporate functions.

  • Exclusive Rentals
    • Wollman Rink offers exclusive event rentals on Monday and Tuesday evenings during the ice skating season.  Perfect for corporate outings, fundraisers, holiday parties and large social gatherings, the facility can accommodate up to 2,000 guests.

  • Off Season Facility Rentals
    • Wollman Rink can serve as a site for special events of all varieties. With 30,800 square feet of open space, and a backdrop no Hollywood set designer can replicate, the possibilities are endless! In a typical year, the space is available for rental from mid-April to mid-May and again from mid-September to mid-October.

      Wollman Rink has been the location for diverse events over the years, including:
      • Since 2007, The Fox Broadcasting Company has held their annual Upfront Reception under tenting, with beautiful decor, elaborate staging and great entertainment.
      • In May 2008, Men's Fitness hosted the Ulitmate Athlete Challenge.
      • The Government of Singapore hosted Singapore Day on April 21, 2007 to showcase food and entertainment from Singapore.
      • Dance Wars: Bruno vs. Carrie Ann: NYC auditions taped at Wollman Rink in September 2007.
      • The Concours D'elegance took place September 30 - October 1, 2005 and featured over 80 historic cars during the three day event.
      • The Public Art Fund presented A Journey that Wasn't by Pierre Huyghe on October 14, 2005.

  • Film and Photo Shoots
    • Wollman Rink can serve as a site for filming, taping, stills - even a holding area while filming inside Central Park.

      Wollman Rink has been featured in television, movies and print advertising. Highlights include:

      • TV Shows:  Gossip Girl, Skating with the Stars, $40-a-Day, Survivor Finale
      • Movies:  Mr. Popper's Penguins, Limitless, Night at the Museum, Love Story, Home Alone 2, Devil's Own, The Bachelor, Stepmom, Serendipity
      • Commercials:  Kay Jewelers, Sprint, McDonald's
      The facility can accommodate crews of all sizes. Fees depend upon hours of use, impact to the rink (Set-up, Breakdown and Art), how much designated space on the ice is needed, and the ability to share the space with our public session. Exclusive rentals for filming are also available.

  • The Perfect Date
    • Wollman Rink's "Perfect Date" is second to none when it comes to "popping the question"

      After a romantic evening on the town, stop by Wollman Rink for up to one-hour of private ice skating for two. The New York skyline is your backdrop as you skate under the stars amongst the beauty of Central Park. The sound of your skates moving across the ice may be just what you want to hear, or you may choose to have our DJ customize a soundtrack to set the tone for an evening to remember.
